[IC] A String of Robberies Hit Jade Island

Jade Island’s local businesses and residents were hit with a trifecta of robberies over the past week or so, according to the Jade Island Police Department (JIPD).

The local liquor store, motel and a local upscale residence have been ransacked in recent robberies, but police continue to investigate each as individual crimes that are possibly connected to part of a larger crime spree. Investigators reported simliar signs of forcible entry in each of the three robberies, but have not ruled out a pattern at this point in time.

As the investigation continues, police say that each of the locations absorbed a significant financial loss. Luckily, no Jade Islanders have been physically harmed in these heinous crimes, but this financially suffering media company would wonder when it will spill over to chaos and anarchy.
